Resident Application

How to Apply

Applying for one of our rental homes takes five steps. Read them once before you start.

  1. Find your home

    Choose a home on our Available Rentals page. Each application is for a home we have listed.

  2. Check that you qualify

    Read our qualification criteria (income, credit, rental history, pets) before you pay a fee.

  3. Create your applicant account

    The button below opens our secure application site, run by Rentvine. Create a free account with your email, or sign in if you have applied with us before.

  4. Every adult applies

    Each adult 18 or older who will live in the home completes their own application and pays the $35 non‑refundable fee.

    Have ready: a U.S. photo ID, your addresses for the last 18 months with landlord contacts, and your employer contacts. Connecting your bank account to verify income is the fastest option.

  5. After you apply

    We review complete applications in the order received, usually within 3 to 4 business days. For a status update, email application@floridapm.net; we reply within one business day.

    If the residence you have selected is in an owner association (a condominium or homeowners association), your application will also need the association’s own approval. This additional approval can take 15 to 30 days, depending on the association’s rules. Please check the advertisement for your selected property for the exact details.
